European Wax Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily center operations and motivate a team of Wax Specialists and Guest Sales Associates. You will ensure guest experiences meet high standards, manage performance, and drive sales while upholding safety and brand guidelines.

The role is full-time and in-center, with compensation that includes base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or service environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Train Associates to build guest confidence through product knowledge and service excellence.
• Drive sales through performance management, goal setting, and leading by example.

• Own staffing, safety, and environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify performance opportunities and provide feedback.
• Monitor center metrics, productivity, and profitability to optimize results.
• Maintain staffing levels and training standards across shifts.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care while upholding policies.
• Implement promotional and visual marketing moves as directed and maintain brand standards.
• Adapt quickly to new initiatives in a dynamic industry.
