Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX is seeking a Male Locker Room Attendant to ensure the smooth operation of spa guest areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and related facilities, while upholding Omni standards. You will provide friendly service, monitor safety, keep areas clean, and coordinate with spa and hotel teams.

The role requires 18+ years of age, fluent English, physical stamina, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must speak fluent English.
Must be able to perform a variety of responsibilities, including guest service, cleaning and maintenance of Locker Room.
Must be alert to safety hazards to ensure guest safety and smooth operation of Locker Room.
Must be able to deal with people in a professional manner under pressure.
Must be flexible in work scheduling.
Must be able to perform some strenuous physical labor (lifting boxes).
Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest service at all times.
Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude with management and fellow associates.
Report to work on time in a clean and pressed uniform; maintain hygiene.
Keep facilities clean and in safe condition; assist with maintenance as needed.
Monitor guests for safety and proper use of facilities; respond to hazards.
