Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer service experience, with spa fitness experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of spa software preferred.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment (phones, fax, copier).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spa/salon staff to enforce policies and procedures.
• Instruct new hires on role expectations.
• Prepare schedules for spa attendants and manage time-off requests.
• Check guests in/out of spa and provide locker room tours.
• Provide beverages, towels, robes, and slippers; ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain spa area cleanliness and linen inventory.
• Perform other duties as needed for department success.
