Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Spa/Salon Supervisor to lead staff and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years customer service experience with at least one year of spa fitness experience preferred.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written form.
• Basic knowledge of spa software preferred.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment including multi-line phone system, fax and copy machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa/Salon staff to ensure adherence to company, Spa and Salon policies and procedures.
• Instruct new hires and employees on expectations and responsibilities for each role.
• Order products for back bar and amenities.
• Prepare schedules for spa attendants and maintain time-off requests.
• Check guests in and out of spa/salon facility.
• Provide tours of locker room and wet areas to all guests.
• Provide beverages, towels, robes, and slippers to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with any questions.
• Ensure all services are completed promptly in time allotted.
• Provide professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
• Discard soiled linen and restock clean linen as needed.
• Pick up linen from dock as needed.
• Push and pull linen carts to appropriate areas.
• Stock water and juices in spa area.
• Oversee guests' needs in the gym by providing water, iced towels.
• Monitor the gym for cleanliness and reorganize weights and other equipment.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the spa/salon.
• Perform other job related duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
