Qualifications

• Experience supervising at least 25 employees preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping employees to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain records including repairs, lost and found items, and quality of work.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure property standards are met.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to provide timely, clean rooms.
• Collaborate with Engineering for maintenance concerns.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Ensure OSHA chemical Right to Know compliance and safety training.
• Perform other duties as needed for department success.
