Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service on the Las Vegas Strip. You will handle VIP requests, confirm reservations, and ensure smooth check-in/out processes while coordinating with casino hosts and room services.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a professional phone manner, and familiarity with LMS+ and MS Office. A bilingual candidate is preferred to assist a diverse guest base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in front desk or concierge roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and assist guests with reservations and requests.
• Ensure VIP guest needs are met and rooms are prepared for arrival.
• Verify guest identifications and payments; manage room preferences and billing at departure.
• Coordinate with shows, dining, and amenities; handle special requests and amenities.
• Run LMS+ and ARTS related tasks to support concierge operations.
• Stock lounge supplies and prep front desk materials for daily operations.
