Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Concierge/Guest Services agent to book VIP reservations, coordinate shows, dining, cabanas and limo transport, and ensure flawless service.

You will confirm reservations, print itineraries, answer a high-volume phone system, verify charges at checkout, and collaborate with casino hosts to arrange comps while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Front desk or concierge experience preferred.
LMS+ experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
High-volume phone line multitasking ability.
Customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and LMS+ preferred.

Responsibilities

Book VIP guest shows, dinners, cabanas, and limo services.
Print itineraries for guests.
Answer multi-line phone system and assist guests with reservations and requests.
Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and seamless.
Verify guest bills and room charges at departure.
Coordinate with casino hosts on comps and amenities.
Stock lounge with supplies and manage keys and folio paper.
Run ARTS reports for limo arrivals/departures and room service deliveries.
Close the lounge daily and prepare for the next day.
