Job summary

Hand & Stone Commerce Township is hiring a part-time Spa Sales Associate to join our front desk team. You’ll be selling memberships, building guest relationships, booking appointments, and promoting services and products. Enjoy flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and the chance to grow with a friendly, goal-driven team.

No two days are the same as you help keep the spa running smoothly, answer phones, process payments, and assist guests with a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sunday and morning availability is strongly preferred.
• Willing to adjust shifts or swap weekend days when scheduling needs arise.
• Previous sales or membership experience is highly preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and services to guests and work toward sales goals.

We're Hiring! Spa Sales Associate | Hand & Stone Commerce Township

Are you outgoing, motivated, love talking to people, and have a knack for sales? We'd love to meet you! Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Commerce Township is looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individual to join our front desk team.

We're a busy, established spa with over 1100 members, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the excitement of hitting sales goals. If you're the type of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, loves a good challenge, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive team, this could be the perfect fit!

What We're Looking For:

We're currently hiring for a part-time position, approximately 20–30 hours per week. Scheduling flexibility is especially important for this role! We're ideally looking for someone who:

• Has Sunday and morning availability. These are our biggest scheduling needs right now!
• Is flexible with their schedule. We'd love someone who's willing to swap shifts, switch weekend days, or adjust their schedule occasionally to help the team when needed.
• Has at least 1 year of sales or membership-based experience. This is highly preferred, especially in a spa, fitness, retail, or similar environment, but we're absolutely open to training the right person!
• Is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
• Is motivated by goals, commissions, and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are exactly the same at our spa! You’ll be helping keep things running smoothly while making sure every guest has an amazing experience. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Selling memberships! Help guests discover the benefits of regular massage and skincare while working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Building relationships. Get to know our members, welcome new guests, and make everyone feel comfortable and appreciative.
• Booking appointments. Help guests find the perfect services and providers while keeping our schedules full.
• Promoting services and products. Share current promotions, gift card specials, and service recommendations.
• Keeping things organized. Answer phones, check guests in and out, process payments, and assist with daily front desk tasks.
• Supporting your team. Help maintain a clean, welcoming spa and work together to make each day successful.
