Cooper Farms in Grover Hill, Ohio seeks a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance, safety hazard elimination, and electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Starting pay is $20.00–$24.50 per hour with potential increases at 90 days. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grover Hill, Ohio.

3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
