Cooper Farms in Van Wert, Ohio is hiring 1st shift General Production team members. The role involves operating and maintaining department equipment, following production, quality and safety guidelines, and collaborating with teammates to keep areas up to standard.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift General Production team members to join our team in Van Wert.

SHIFT HOURS:

Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE:

$17.50 with a potential increase to $17.75 at 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY:

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Operating and maintaining knowledge of the departmental equipment and operations
• Ensuring that all assigned procedures are carried out in an efficient manner in accordance with production/quality/safety guideline
• Working with others to ensure all areas are up to standard and reporting any abnormalities.
• Accurately completing all required paperwork
