Job summary

Cooper Farms in Grover Hill, Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and working to keep the farm safe and efficient in a small team setting.

Starting hourly rate is $20.00-$24.50 based on experience with a potential increase at 90 days. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid as $1,000 at 30 days, 60 days, and six months, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and a comprehensive

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grover Hill, Ohio.

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days

ADDITIONAL PAY:Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Preforming preventative and corrective maintenance
• Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace
• Performing tasks related to electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience
