Job summary

Cooper Farms in Continental, Ohio is hiring a full-time 1st shift Grow Out Attendant. Training provided. You will keep the farm clean, manage laundry and supplies, ensure feed and water for birds, and monitor birds for distress or disease.

Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-2:00pm with occasional weekends. Starting pay is $17.30/hour, with potential raise to $17.55 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and a full benefits package including insurance, 401(k) with company match, and

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a full time 1st shift Grow Out Attendant to join our team in Continental.

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Keeping farm clean, maintaining laundry and supply inventory
• Ensuring feed and water availability to birds
• Monitoring birds for signs of distress or disease

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 7:00am-2:00pm and occasional weekends

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
