Fluxwerx Illumination Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwestern USA with strong relationship-building and leadership skills. This role requires regular travel within the territory and occasional visits to Vancouver, B.C., where the company is headquartered.

You will work with agency partners to expand brand awareness, generate growth, and manage sales plans while building trusted relationships with architects, designers, contractors and project managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience considered
• Experience with specification-grade architectural products and lighting market highly desirable
• Strong ability to build trust, influence others and exercise good judgement
• Outgoing, friendly, results-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Understand and grow relationships with agency partners in the territory
• Collaborate with agency partners to expand brand awareness in Southwestern USA
• Generate growth and market share across all areas within the region
• Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors and project managers
• Support specifications written by architects and lighting designers
• Demonstrate leadership across the organization and collaborate with departments
• Lead and present educational content to partners and customers
