Job summary

Vantage Lighting is seeking a USA Western Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue for the Vantage® lighting line across the western states. This role reports to the President and focuses on building go-to-market strategies, managing external sales agencies, and coordinating with the internal sales team.

The position involves promoting the product line to agents, distributors, contractors, architects, and designers, while coordinating trade activities and advising on product needs for future

Responsibilities

• Call on the marketplace to promote the Vantage® product line, including but not limited to sales agents, distributors, contractors, architects, and lighting designers.
• Communicate to the executive team the nuances of a successful go-to-market strategy by channel
• Hire and manage independent sales agencies as needed within this industry
• Recommend trade and media activities, such as trade shows and advertising
• Work hand in hand with the existing Sales team to develop sales within existing market channels
• Report periodic progress, including activity as well as successes and challenges
• Advise on product needs and further development
• Perform all other tasks that are deemed for the good of the Company
