Job summary

Sev Rend Corporation, a leading manufacturer of flexible retail packaging and sustainable materials, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region, preferably based in Arizona or Nevada. The role targets a dynamic B2B sales professional with 4–6 years of experience in Produce, packaging, or related sectors, capable of closing deals and managing key accounts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Produce, packaging, or related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable sales and achieve budget targets.
• Establish new business partnerships via cold calls, leads, networking and referrals.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities and strategize moves to closing.
• Penetrate existing customers to expand product lines and revenue.
• Provide accurate price quotations to customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM and HubSpot with regular updates.
• Offer territory sales forecasts and budget analysis for planning.
• Attend industry associations and trade shows and travel as needed.
• Visit customers as required and travel up to 50% for shows.
• Promote the business through client conversations, social media, and events.
