Job summary

Sev Rend Corporation is a leading producer of flexible packaging and sustainable materials. We seek a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southwest, leveraging 4–6 years of B2B sales in Produce or related industries.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to close deals. Travel up to 50% and use HubSpot CRM to track progress and forecast performance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in the Produce industry.
• Experience in finding and closing business with account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable sales and achieve budget targets.
• Establish new business partnerships via cold calls, leads, network and referrals.
• Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and move them through the sales cycle to close.
• Expand penetration with existing customers and cross-sell product lines.
• Provide timely price quotes to customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM/HubSpot and update records regularly.
• Participate in territory budgeting and provide sales forecasts.
• Travel up to 50%, including trade shows.
• Communicate market trends, product feedback, and process improvements.
