Sev Rend Corporation is a leading manufacturer of flexible retail packaging and sustainable materials. We are seeking a Southwest Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales and growth in the Arizona/Nevada region.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of B2B sales in the Produce industry and excels in closing business while maintaining key accounts. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency (HubSpot, MS Office), and willingness to travel up to 50% including

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Produce, packaging, or related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
• CRM tools experience, specifically HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Continually grow profitable sales and consistently obtain budgetary targets.
• Establish new business partnerships through cold calling, provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and move them through the sales cycle to closing.
• Penetrate active businesses to maximize product lines with existing customers.
• Provide accurate and timely price quotations to customers and prospects.
• Update CRM and HubSpot daily/monthly and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in budgeting with territory forecasts and expense planning.
• Travel up to 50%, including trade shows.
