Job summary

Sev Rend Corporation, a leading manufacturer of flexible retail packaging and sustainable materials, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region. You will drive profitable sales, establish new partnerships, and manage key accounts with a focus on produce and packaging sectors.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in produce, with strong territory planning, CRM proficiency (HubSpot), and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in the Produce Industry.
• Experience in cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong territory planning and time management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable sales and consistently hit budgetary targets.
• Establish new business partnerships via cold calling, leads, networking and referrals.
• Create a pipeline of opportunities and advance them through sales cycle to close.
• Penetrate active business with existing customers and maximize product lines.
• Provide accurate price quotations to customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM and HubSpot accurately on a daily/monthly basis.
• Provide territory forecasts and budgeted expenses during annual planning; visit customers as required.
• Travel up to 50%, including trade shows.
• Communicate market information, trends, and process improvements to leadership.
• Use internet and social media to drive growth and brand recognition.
