Massman Companies is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region (MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX, OK). This remote role focuses on Case Packing and Palletizing solutions, leveraging a proven industrial sales background to grow existing accounts and hunter for new business.

You will develop strategic plans, build strong customer relationships, and work with the marketing team to drive promotions and funnel growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems.
• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Southwest region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical sales support for Case Packing and Palletizing equipment.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.
