Job summary
Massman Companies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Territory, specializing in Case Packing and Palletizing systems. The ideal candidate will be an industrial sales professional with a proven track record of meeting targets, developing new accounts, and expanding existing relationships; this is a remote role requiring residence in the Northeastern US.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in industrial sales with track record.
- Strong knowledge of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Northeast region.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach goals.
- Identify and pursue new business within the territory.
- Develop new accounts and nurture relationships.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research on industry trends.
- Provide technical support on Case Packing and Palletizing systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contacts.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
