Job summary

ProMach is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US. The role is home-based with extensive travel, focusing on developing regional accounts, managing OEM/dealer relations, and driving sales of packaging equipment.

The candidate will lead with a solutions-selling approach, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate across functions to close business and achieve targets. 5+ years in sales and packaging industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically.
• Accomplished and polished presenter to a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of building business and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a Regional Account Plan.
• Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers and reps.
• Promote & sell company equipment; maintain a prospect-customer CRM/database.
• Work closely with customers to ensure goals and objectives are met towards customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and develop tools to capitalize on them.
