Job summary

Novonesis is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest. This remote, field-based role leads an outside sales team, develops talent and drives regional revenue growth through strategic account management and data-driven planning.

You will own forecasts, budgets, CRM discipline, and collaborate with marketing, clinical and service teams to expand practitioner relationships and achieve targets. Travel 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably healthcare-related.
• 2+ years of direct sales team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing outside sales team across the Southwest region.
• Coach field representatives to improve consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales trends and territory performance to identify opportunities.
• Own regional execution, forecasting, pipeline health and CRM discipline to meet revenue targets.
• Protect and expand customer relationships and support key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical and customer service teams and represent the company at events.
