Novonesis’s Microbiome Labs seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest. This remote, field-based role leads a team of outside sales reps, strengthens practitioner relationships and translates business insights into regional growth.

You’ll manage budgets, forecast results and cover territories with coaching, analytics and hands-on leadership. Travel ~40–50% and collaboration with marketing, clinical and customer service teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years of direct sales team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong business and financial acumen to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent coaching and analytical skills for regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing team of outside sales reps with clear goals and development plans.
• Coach field reps to improve consultative selling, practitioner engagement, and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales trends and territory performance to set regional priorities.
• Own regional execution, forecasting, pipeline health, CRM discipline and reporting.
• Protect and expand customer relationships through key accounts and field coverage.
