Sonova is seeking a Regional Manager, Northwest to lead and manage sales activities across the assigned region. This fully remote, field-based role drives regional sales performance, develops strategic business plans, and strengthens relationships with healthcare professionals while leading a team of Clinical and Consumer Specialists.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of direct sales experience, and 2+ years of leadership in managing teams of 4+.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• 2+ years outside customer support or sales.
• 2+ years sales leadership managing 4+ employees.
• Knowledge of hearing aid and cochlear implant technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver sales, technical, and training presentations; proficient in Office and Salesforce.
• Minimum 5 years audiology or related experience, preferably in a cochlear implant center; programming experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead and manage Clinical and Consumer Specialists in the region.
• Conduct market analyses and monthly business reviews.
• Build relationships with surgeons, audiologists, and implant centers.
• Support implant centers with visits, training, and service coordination.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional initiatives.
