Sales Talent, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Southwest US. Manage a strong existing book of business while driving net-new growth in a high-impact field-based role.

You will collaborate with the Vice President of Sales in a team renowned for sustainability and customer success. You will build relationships, uncover opportunities across industrial segments, and travel as needed to deliver best-in-class packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in industrial sales; packaging industry experience preferred
• Experience growing a large book of business and generating net-new revenue
• Proven full-cycle hunter with a track record of achieving revenue targets

Responsibilities

• Build deep customer relationships and uncover opportunities across multiple industrial segments
• Partner with internal teams to deliver packaging and environmental solutions
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintain a strong book of business
