Job summary

SANY America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for the South West Region. This role focuses on growing relationships with large national accounts and driving equipment sales across the Southwest United States.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B/key account management within heavy or construction equipment, and can navigate pricing, contracts, and negotiations with senior stakeholders. Remote work is available with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or national/key account management in heavy or construction equipment.
• Proven success selling to large national or multi-location customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with key national and strategic accounts.
• Drive equipment sales, revenue growth, and market share within assigned accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large construction, rental, and fleet customers.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, procurement leaders, fleet managers, and operations teams.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with key customers.
• Partner with dealers and internal teams to support customer needs.
• Monitor customer trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, account updates, and business-development reports.
• Represent SANY at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and equipment demonstrations
