SANY America is seeking a driven Territory Customer Support Manager to lead dealer parts and service growth across the North Central United States. The role requires understanding heavy equipment dealer operations, diagnosing technical issues, and improving processes with outside-the-box thinking.

You will collaborate with dealer networks to build value and expand market share as the company invests aggressively in the Americas. Travel up to 50–70% is expected.

Formación

• Minimum five years in construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industries.
• Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot heavy equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee dealer partner networks in targeted markets.
• Plan dealer readiness for receipt and dispatch of equipment.
• Provide technical diagnostics support with Dealers and Technical Support Specialist.
• Deliver dealer-specific KPI metrics and reporting.
• Keep dealers up to date on product changes and service bulletins.
• Support dealer service training to ensure technicians are trained on SANY equipment.
