Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 5+ years in a regional sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets.
• Ability to travel within the Southwest region for customer and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute a regional go-to-market strategy to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives.
• Manage long-term relationships with C-suite executives and CISOs to secure new business and expand accounts.
• Direct regional channel and alliance partner collaborations to accelerate deal cycles.
