Job summary

The Territory Sales Leader at Rheem Manufacturing Company will be the primary contact for wholesale distributors across the Southeast region, driving account management and growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams to identify opportunities and maintain a consultative selling relationship through extensive travel.

This role targets Alabama or Tennessee based candidates near major airports, with responsibilities spanning multiple states and distributor networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in customer call/direct sales within the unitary and ductless product markets.
• Must be proficient in computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to reside in or relocate to account zone.

Responsibilities

• Call on wholesale customers, OEMs, contractors specifying engineers and prospective customers on a regular basis.
• Work closely with Division Sales, Business Development Managers and National Account Managers to ensure regional responsibility for satisfying branch requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to present a consistent company face and identify new opportunities.
• Communicate and support pricing, product and channel strategies.
• Serve as the major communication link between the customer and the company.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan for new and existing accounts.
