The Territory Sales Leader at Rheem Manufacturing Company will be the primary contact for wholesale distributors across the Southeast region, driving account management and growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams to identify opportunities and maintain a consultative selling relationship through extensive travel.
This role targets Alabama or Tennessee based candidates near major airports, with responsibilities spanning multiple states and distributor networks.
The Territory Sales Leader will serve as the primary customer contact to ensure territory responsibility for satisfying customer requirements and to provide account management for all assigned accounts. Position coordinates with the customer service organization to provide high quality services to the customer, and to continuously recognize new sales opportunities. Utilizes strategies provided by sales and marketing to identify and pursue new accounts.
This position will serve Rheem North America Wholesale Distribution customers. This role is based in the Southeast Region, with our ideal candidate located in Alabama or Tennessee near a major airport. This position will require roughly 75% travel and will be responsible for distributors in the states of Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
