Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive dealer management, growth, and business development across the Southeast region. You will champion dealer initiatives, expand key accounts, and increase equipment market share within GA, AL, MS, and FL.

The ideal candidate blends aggregate equipment knowledge with strong relationship-management skills to support distributor networks and direct end-users. Residence in GA/AL/NC/SC/FL preferred.

Qualifications

• Location: Must reside within GA, AL, NC, SC, or FL footprint.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with aggregate processing equipment and material handling systems.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70% throughout the territory; valid driver's license and ability to navigate industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Distributor & Dealer Management: develop budgets, lead training, drive continuous improvement.
• Field Sales & Business Development: prospect and convert regional accounts; conduct field sales calls.
• Technical Sales & Applications: build opportunities for aggregate processing and plant flowsheets.
• Market Intelligence: gather competitive intelligence and feedback to engineering/product teams.
• CRM & Pipeline Operations: manage real-time pipelines, accounts, and order tracking in Salesforce.
