Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive dealer management, sales growth, and business development across the Southeast region. You will champion dealer initiatives, expand key accounts, and increase market share for aggregate processing equipment.

The role requires strong relationship-management skills, field sales execution, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Travel up to 70% within GA/AL/NC/SC/FL is expected.

Qualifications

• Residence within GA/AL/NC/SC/FL footprint.
• 5+ years in aggregate processing equipment or related applications is required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and plant flowsheets.
• Proven sales success in capital equipment and dealer/distributor channels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical diploma considered with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors and dealer networks across the territory.
• Drive sales growth and expand key accounts.
• Conduct field sales calls with end-users and EPC firms.
• Develop opportunities for aggregate processing equipment and applications.
• Maintain real-time Salesforce pipeline and track orders against production schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support field sales initiatives.
