Superior Industries is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast region to drive dealer management, sales growth, and business development across GA, AL, MS, and FL. You will expand key accounts, support distributor networks, and increase equipment market share within your territory.

The ideal candidate blends technical aggregate applications expertise with strong relationship management and readiness to travel 50–70% across the territory. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years direct, hands-on experience with aggregate processing equipment and related applications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptions via substantial industry experience considered.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70% throughout the territory.

• Channel support: partner with dealer networks to develop budgets, lead training, and drive improvements.
• Performance reviews aligned with Channel Sales Manager to optimize engagement.
• Account acquisition: prospect, target, and convert new regional accounts.
