Job summary

Morales Professional seeks a Regional Sales Manager - Southeast to drive profitable revenue growth by acquiring new OEM customers and expanding programs within existing accounts. The role requires leading a network of independent manufacturers' representatives and collaborating with engineering, estimating, program management, and marketing.

You will develop and execute a Southeast territory plan, manage pipeline and forecasts, and build executive relationships across manufacturing and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful B2B technical sales experience.
• Experience selling engineered components, custom manufacturing services, or similar.
• Experience with independent manufacturers' representatives and channel partners.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM customers and strategic target accounts.
• Develop and execute an annual Southeast territory business plan with targets and forecasts.
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, operations, and executives.
• Lead commercial activity from opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation, and award.
• Coordinate RFQs with estimating and engineering, develop pricing strategies and terms.
• Recruit, develop, and manage independent manufacturers' representatives in the territory.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and communicate risks and market intelligence to leadership.
