Job summary

ProMach seeks a proven Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US, a home-based position with extensive travel. The role focuses on developing leads, building relationships, and closing deals through a solutions selling approach in a team environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with a strategic plan. Travel will be significant, up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging or technical field preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Extensive domestic travel: 50-75%.
• Experience in the packaging industry preferred.
• Strong presenter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a Regional Account Plan.
• Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by territories, quotas, and goals for OEMs, dealers and reps.
• Maintain a prospect-customer CRM/database.
• Promote and sell company equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to meet goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of new technology, market developments and competitor offerings.
• Work cross-functionally to identify influencers and gaps and implement tools to capitalize on opportunities.
