Job summary

Morales Professional is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the Midwest by securing new OEM customers and leveraging independent manufacturers' representatives. You will build strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, and executives to expand the company’s footprint in custom injection molding, secondary operations, and assemblies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or marketing.
• Five years of successful B2B technical sales experience.
• Experience selling engineered components or value-added manufacturing services.
• Experience with independent manufacturers’ representatives.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM customers and strategic accounts.
• Develop relationships with engineering, purchasing, and decision-makers.
• Lead the Midwest territory business plan and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate RFQs with estimating and engineering; negotiate terms.
• Recruit and manage independent sales representatives in the territory.
• Maintain CRM data and provide pipeline updates to leadership.
