Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager will lead DAB Pumps' sales efforts in the Southeast, overseeing manufacturers' reps and distributor networks. You will build strategic plans, forecast demand, and ensure effective relationships with customers and partners across the pump, plumbing, and groundwater sectors.

Strong CRM use and industry knowledge are essential. Ideal candidates live in Florida, Atlanta, or Charlotte and bring 10 years of related sales experience with a four-year engineering degree

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree preferred, plus 10 years of marketing and sales experience.
• Knowledge of pumps or related industry products is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret instructions.
• Excellent oral and written communication and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and channels for DAB PUMPS in Pump/Well/Groundwater and Plumbing markets.
• Develop sales and strategic plans for assigned accounts and forecast demand.
• Train and support distributors, manufacturers' reps, and internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and improve pricing and market access.
