Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years outside sales experience in the field or related business.
• Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
• Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
• Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
• Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections.

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Travel: Up to 75%

Sales Territory: US Southeast, near Jacksonville Florida Plant
Location: Strategic location near a major airport

Position Summary

Regional Sales Manager oversees and grows sales across the Sales Territory with a primary focus on their designated manufacturing location. This role is responsible for managing and expanding distributor relationships, developing new accounts, and driving sales primarily for Infra Pipes Waterworks customers and creating opportunities for adjacent business. The Regional Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing distributors, develop new accounts, and support project coordination to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
• Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
• Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports.
• Represent Infra Pipes at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections to ensure reliable revenue planning.
• Own full accountability for achieving regional financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, product mix and other key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
• • 2 years of outside sales experience in our field or related business
  • Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
  • Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
• Skills:
• • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
