Advance Products & Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region focused on the Water and Wastewater industry. This role includes managing a sales force to meet profit goals, directing multiple districts, and implementing innovative sales techniques.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Industrial Water Sales, preferably within Water/Wastewater or Oil & Gas. Competitive salary with commission, plus health and pension plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Industrial Water Sales in Water/Wastewater or Oil & Gas Pipeline Industry.
• Experience with established rep network or distribution of supply companies.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
