Job summary

Ruhrpumpen is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to grow our distributor network and OEM accounts in the Southeast region. In this role, you will manage sales strategies that expand market share and customer satisfaction, while building strong partner relationships and ensuring effective support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial pumps or related rotating equipment.
• Well-versed in distribution sales models and OEM sales cycles.
• Comfortable working independently and building lasting relationships with partners and customers.
• Organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong CRM and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the indirect sales channel (distribution) and OEM accounts within your assigned territory.
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of current channel partners through joint sales calls, training, and support.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new distributors to meet aggressive sales goals.
• Support distributor personnel to become self-sufficient in presenting, quoting, and promoting Ruhrpumpen products.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and provide insights on sales performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Coordinate with Market Managers to expand distribution channel reach and deliver tailored training and sales strategies.
