Job summary

SEEPEX, part of Ingersoll Rand, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast territory for industrial pump solutions. You will manage distributor relationships, develop opportunities, and act as the technical expert while traveling extensively to customer sites and partners.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of field sales experience, and familiarity with pump fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, and internal SEEPEX sales and operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise, product application knowledge, and solution development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting expectations.
