Job summary

Valmont Industries is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across sites in the NA region. You will implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and CI tools to deliver production savings and improve performance.

The role requires coaching teams, leading high-impact projects, and mentoring leaders to sustain CI culture across manufacturing and administrative areas. Travel 50–75% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or CI.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI methodologies.
• Experience leading value stream mapping workshops and data-driven improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CI events, coach teams, and remove barriers to improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize processes and metrics.
• Diagnose workflow impediments and apply appropriate CI tools to reduce waste.
• Coach leaders to embed CI practices and drive sustained improvements.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
