Valmont Industries is hiring a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead cross‑functional CI initiatives across North American sites. The role focuses on enabling operational excellence using Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and related methodologies, coaching managers and staff to embed CI principles in daily work.

The position is remote with extensive travel to sites, primarily in the southern region, and requires 50–75% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or associate degree with 10+ years in operations or CI.
• Strong knowledge of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TOC).
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Ability to travel domestically 50–75% and coach teams at multiple sites.
• Experience in value stream mapping and data‑driven improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to design and execute CI initiatives.
• Coach leaders and staff in Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, PDCA, DMAIC methods.
• Facilitate workshops and sustain improvements with data‑driven actions.
• Develop CI roadmaps aligned with site strategic objectives.
• Establish metrics and reporting for regional CI performance.
