Job summary

Valmont Industries seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to drive CI across sites, coaching managers, supervisors, and staff in Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma, TPM, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, TOC, and VOC. The role focuses on production savings, high-impact projects, and embedding CI in daily operations.

This is a remote position with extensive travel; the ideal candidate will live near supported sites in the US, with preferred proximity to a major airport for site coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in operations, manufacturing, or CI.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects and deliver measurable results.
• Travel 50–75% domestically is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CI events and remove barriers to performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop processes and metrics.
• Coach leaders in CI methodologies and leadership behaviors.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
