Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to drive CI initiatives across North American sites. The role combines coaching, project leadership, and strategic execution to improve production and service metrics.

The position is remote with extensive travel supporting multiple southern locations; candidates should live near major sites in or near Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA, with airport access for travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or associate degree with 10+ years in operations or CI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Visio) and CI project management tools.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Theory of Constraints, and Business Process Improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and coach CI events across teams and management, removing barriers to performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop/improve processes, metrics, and change management.
• Diagnose workflow impediments and apply CI methodologies to reduce waste and variation.
• Coach leaders and CI practitioners to embed CI principles in daily operations.
• Organize PDCA-based activities aligned with site roadmaps and strategic objectives.
• Mentor teams to sustain improvements and drive customer value.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high-quality standards.
