Job summary

Tandem/Neal Associates seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean initiatives across five manufacturing plants. The role is remote with periodic travel to sites, including anticipated overnight travel.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, train staff, and build dashboards showing financial and operational gains from CI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years in process optimization, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• MUST HAVE prior manufacturing CI experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives across five plants.
• Map processes and run root-cause analysis.
• Launch cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Train staff on problem-solving techniques and SOPs.
• Build dashboards to analyze benefits and prove project impact.
