Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our online auction services across Southeast Minnesota, including Rochester. You’ll build trust with farmers, contractors, fleet managers, and business leaders, driving new business and expanding Purple Wave’s footprint in a region rich in agriculture and industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively when required.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, and government industries.
• Ability to utilize various technologies to gather and share information electronically.
• Self-motivated with initiative to make deals happen.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent people skills and high ethical standards.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate clients within the territory on Purple Wave's equipment auction services and how to use them to sell or buy used equipment.
• Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain strong communication across the team.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.
• Represent the company to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers with professionalism.
