Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to cover Southeast Minnesota, working with counties like Blue Earth, Dakota, Dodge, and Olmsted. You will build trusted relationships with farmers, contractors, fleet managers, and government partners, representing our online auction services across the region.

This full-time, exempt role requires 3+ years of sales experience, willingness to travel up to 75%, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government industries.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background check.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate and inform clients within their territory of the equipment auction services Purple Wave provides and how they might utilize these services to sell or buy used equipment.
• Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain a high level of communication to all team members.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.
• Positively represent our company to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Raise awareness of upcoming auctions through equipment promotion of auction inventory and packages.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Represent Purple Wave by attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and similar events to promote our services, auctions, and assets.
• Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.
