Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our online auction services across Southwest Minnesota. You will build trust with heavy equipment owners, farmers, contractors, and fleet managers, becoming the go-to Purple Wave partner in your territory.

You’ll lead business development, manage customer relationships, and drive results across a region known for its agricultural strength and hardworking communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years successful sales experience.
• Candidates must be able to travel extensively and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate clients within the assigned territory about Purple Wave's equipment auction services and how to use them to buy or sell.
• Enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain strong communication across the team.
• Support all phases of the auction process and ensure successful execution.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote services and assets.
