Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to cover Southeast Minnesota, engaging heavy equipment owners, contractors, fleet managers, farmers, and business leaders. You will build authentic relationships, promote online auction services, and deliver measurable results in a region known for agriculture and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes field work, travel, and developing the Purple Wave brand across Blue Earth, Dakota, Olmsted, Winona and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, and government industries.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate clients in the assigned territory about Purple Wave's auction services and how to use them to sell or buy used equipment.
• Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain communication with the team.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.
• Represent Purple Wave to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers in the territory.
• Promote upcoming auctions and inventory packages to raise awareness.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
